The membership fee is Rs. 12000/- for Family of 2 Adults and 2 Kids for Three Years
Members are entitled to stay in Guest House, Farm House, Villa, Apartment for 4 days and 3 nights – for two times a year, provided a minimum gap of three months is maintained. Members can take multiple membership so that they can stay for longer periods
For the purpose of occupancy, Wayanad Holiday Club considers any individual above the age of 12 as an adult.

You can make your reservations from as early as 6 months to as late as 1 Week before your holiday, depending on the availability. Please plan well in advance for holidaying during peak seasons in Wayanad.
Q: How is the accommodation provided by the Wayanad Holiday Club ?
We have 3 BHK and 4 BHK Home Stays , villas and Studio Apartments . Most of our Guest Houses, Villas, Apartments are equipped with full kitchenettes . The full ( No Sharing of Accommodation) Home Stay , villa and Studio Apartment is given to members for their duration of their stay. Q: Can I Resell or transfer the Holiday Rights?
A: Yes, Subject to approval from Wayanad Holiday Club, members can resell their Holiday rights. The ownership can also be transferred to someone else, or gifted to family or friends. Please be reminded that the Wayanad Holiday Club accept only families as members.
Q: How do I gift my holiday to my friend and Family?
If you do not plan to holiday in a particular year, you can gift your entitlement to whomsoever you choose subject to approval from us. Q: What happens if I do not wish to use my entitlement completely at a time?
You may split your holiday entitlement and take more than one shorter holiday. However, the shortest holiday you take must be of a minimum of 2 days and 1 Night .However, at no point of time can your account exceed 4 Days and 3 Nights unless it get accumulated. Also maximum holidays in a year is limited to 3 times.
Q: What happens if I am not able to take my holiday in a particular year?
Your entitlement, if unused will get automatically accumulated to the next year. However, at no point in time can your account exceed 7 Days and 6 Nights.
Q: How do I take a holiday for more than 7 Days and 6 Nights
This is subject to availability of Accommodation. Please contact our customer service for further details. A nominal fee will be charged.
Q: What documents should I carry with me when checking in?
We require your photo ID. The following one of the documents will be accepted by us. Viz ; Passport , Driving Licence , Voters ID card .
Q: If I need to change my plans after confirmation of my reservation, what do I need to do?
In case you change your mind and cannot make it to a holiday destination you have already booked for, don't worry. You can inform us about any changes in your holiday plans upto 15 days in advance without any loss of days. If you cancel your holidays 15 days before the day of check-in, you get a full re-credit otherwise all days shall be lapsed.

Yes , we will arrange tickets and airport pick up at nominal charges.

For members , we will arrange to pick you up from the Airport or Railway station at Nominal Charges. Otherwise please follow our route map.

Wayanad Holiday Club offer a very personal meet and greet service. They will meet you near Head Office and escort you to the Guest House, Farm House, Villa, Apartment and hand over the keys. A documentation pack giving full details of Wayanad , Route Map etc will be handed over to you.
Q: What are the entry and departure times for the Guest House , villa Apartments ?
Normal entry time into the villa is 10 am to allow for cleaning. On the day of departure you will be required to vacate the property at 10 am. Outside of peak season there may be some flexibility with these times at the discretion of our Wayanad Holiday Club
Q: What linen is provided?
We provide good quality cotton bed linen and towels. A hand towel and bath sheet is provided for each guest. All necessary toiletries are provided free of charge

Q: What are the Amendment & Cancellations Policies ?
1.Wayanad Home Holiday will make every effort to assist you if you wish to alter your arrangements. Requests for an amendment must be sent by e-mail
2.Wayanad Home Holiday will use its best efforts to provide accommodation and services requested at the prices quoted, but reserves the right to substitute alternative accommodation. The accommodation will be of a similar or higher standard than that originally booked. If you have a problem while on your holiday or vacation you must report it to the Wayanad Home Holiday immediately who will rectify the situation. Unless there is a valid reason for failing to report your complaint we will not consider ourselves liable for those complaints.
3. Force Majeure means unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of Wayanad Holiday Club, the consequence of which neither Wayanad Holiday nor its operators could avoid, including but not limited to, war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity (actual or threatened) industrial dispute, technical problems with transport, machinery or equipment, power failure, natural or nuclear disaster, fire flood, drought, adverse weather conditions and levels of waters in rivers.
